When you access our website, the server automatically records technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, browser type, referrer URL). This is necessary to provide the service and for security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing and securing the website).
2.2 Contact
If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, message) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We retain correspondence as long as necessary for the purpose and for any legal retention obligations.
2.3 Booking / Calendly
If you use our booking link (Calendly), the data you enter (name, e-mail, optionally phone, chosen time) is processed by Calendly LLC, USA. We use this to arrange and conduct appointments. Calendly may transfer data to the USA; the EU Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the USA. We rely on standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, supplementary measures. 3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies only in line with your consent (except strictly necessary ones).
- Strictly necessary: Required for the site to function (e.g. cookie consent preference). No consent required; legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Functional / third-party (e.g. Calendly): Used only if you have given consent via our cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Third-party services
Font Awesome (icons): Icons may be loaded from Awesome Fonts (Fonticons, Inc.). If your consent is required in your jurisdiction, we load them only after consent. See Font Awesome Privacy.
Calendly: Used for booking strategy calls. Data is processed by Calendly as described in section 2.3. Scripts are loaded only after your consent where required.
